1.Introducere
Maina de inducie trifazat
(sau maina asincron trifazat)
este cea mai folosit n acionrile
electrice de puteri medii i mari, n
regim de motor. Din punct de
vedere constructiv maina de
inducie este format din:
- Stator, avnd rolul inductorului, realizat din tole n care sunt tanate crestturile n
interiorul crora este introdus bobinajul trifazat;
- Rotor, cu rol de indus, fiind realizat tot din tole tanate, n crestturile acestora
putndu-se regsi bare de aluminiu (main de inducie cu rotor n colivie) sau un bobinaj trifazat
ale crui capete sunt conectate prin interiorul axului la 3 inele colectoare (main de inducie cu
rotor bobinat). Accesul la inele dinspre cutia de borne se realizeaz prin intermediul a 3 perii.
- Intrefierul-distanta radiala dintre stator si rotor are valori in intervalul (0.15-3) mm,
valorile mici ale intrefierului corespund puterilor de ordinul watilor, iar cele mari se refera la
motoare mari cu conditii grele de functionare.
- Crestaturile sunt, in general, semiinchise si pe stator si pe rotor. Numai la tensiuni
mari, crestaturile din stator sunt deschise pentru a permite introducerea bobinelor executate
separat in exterior. La puteri mici se utilizeaza crestaturi trapezoidale si dinti dreptunghiulari, in
timp ce la puteri mari crestaturile au peretii paraleli pentru a se putea introduce bobinele formate
in exterior.
Carcasa se executa din otel sau fonta, iar la puteri sub 100 kW, adesea din aluminiu sau
fara carcasa, scuturile in care se plaseaza rulmentii fiind executate din aluminiu si fixate direct la
capatul miezului magnetic statoric a carui forma exterioara este poligonala. In vederea reducerii
zgomotului trebuie reduse armonicile campului magnetic in intrefier,deci trebuie reduse
deschiderile crestaturilor.
La alimentarea bobinajului statoric cu un sistem trifazat de tensiuni se va forma un sistem
de cureni ce vor produce un cmp magnetic nvrtitor. Acesta va induce n conductoarele din
rotor o tensiune electromotoare. n circuitul nchis din rotor se vor forma cureni ce vor produce
un cmp magnetic n acelai sens cu cel al cmpului statoric. Interaciunea celor dou cmpuri va
pune n micare rotorul n sensul cmpului magnetic nvrtitor. Motorul se numete asincron
pentru c turaia rotorului este ntotdeauna mai mic (pentru regimul de motor) dect turaia
cmpului magnetic nvrtitor, denumit i turaie de sincronism. Dac turaia rotorului ar fi egal

cu turaia de sincronism atunci nu ar mai avea loc fenomenul de inducie electromagnetic, nu sar mai induce cureni n rotor i motorul nu ar mai dezvolta cuplu.
Turaia cmpului magnetic nvrtitor este dat de frecvena de alimentare i numrul de perechi
de poli ce se formeaz n stator:

O mrime specific acestui tip de main electric este alunecarea, notat cu s, fiind
dat de diferena ntre turaia motorului i turaia cmpului magnetic nvrtitor statoric:

Modificarea turaiei se poate face prin modificarea frecvenei tensiunii de alimentare, a
numrului de perechi de poli sau prin modificarea alunecrii. Modificarea sensului de rotaie al
rotorului se face prin schimbarea succesiunii fazelor (prin schimbarea a dou faze ale tensiunii de
alimentare ntre ele).

2.Tema de proiectare
S se proiecteze un motor asincron care s aib urmatoarele caracteristici:
Puterea nominal

=2.2 [kW];

Viteza de rotaie sincron :

Frecvena tensiunii

: f = 50 [Hz] ;

Numrul de faze

Clasa de cretere a temperaturii :B;


2.1.Cerine
Se cere ca motorul s respecte urmtoarele date funcionale:
- Factorul de putere: cos = 0.73;
- Randamentul: N =0.83 ;
- Curentul de pornire raportat: Ip/In = 5.5;
- Cuplu de pornire raportat: Mp/Mn = 2;
- Cuplu maxim raportat: Mmax/Mn = 2.2;
2.2.Obiective
Randamentul i factorul de putere, au un interval de eroare acceptat de +/4%. Curentul de pornire raportat trebuie s fie mai mic dect cel specificat, iar
cuplurile electromagnetice raportate (att cel de pornire ct i cel maxim) obinute
n urma proiectrii, trebuie s aib valori egale sau mai mari dect cele specificate.

7.Concluzii
Motoarele asincrone trifazate formeaz cea mai mare categorie de consumatori de energie
electric din sistemul energetic, fiind utilizate n toate domeniile de activitate:maini-unelte,
poduri rulante,macarale, pompe, ventilatoare etc. Pn de curnd, motoarele asincrone erau
utilizate ca motoare de antrenare n acionrile cu turaie constant; prin dezvoltarea electronicii
de putere, acionrile reglabile cu motoare asincrone au cptat o extindere remarcabil, datorit
fiabilitii lor net superioare, n comparaie cu motoarelede curent continuu.
n acest proiect pentru obinerea valorilor apropiate de cele impuse,prin modificarea
parametrilor am observat urmtoarele:
Pentru stabilirea numrului de crestturi este necesar alegerea unui numr de crestturi
pe pol i faz.Numrul de crestturi pe pol i faz este bine s fie ct mai mare pentru a
obine o variaie n spaiu a cmpului magnetic ct mai apropiat de o sinusoid.Dac
numrul de poli este mare, se va alege pentru q o valuare mai mic astfel ca numrul de
crestturi s nu rezulte prea mare.
Este de preferat ca ntrefierul s fie ct mai mic deoarece permeabilitatea magnetic a
fierului este de ordinul miilor pe cnd permeabilitatea magnetic a aerului este
aproximativ 1.Astfel cmpul magnetic din stator se transmite mult mai uor spre rotor
crendu-se mult mai uor cmpul nvrtitor si motorul pornete mult mai uor.
Dac crestturile statorice i rotorice sunt prea nalte factorul de putere este
mic,deasemenea dac reactana de dispersie este mare factorul de putere este mic.
Reactana de dispersie este mare atunci cnd ntrefierul este prea mare
