CONFLICTULUI ORGANIZAIONAL
Abstract
A leader should not be intimidated by the mess occasionally created in his Institution, because
wherever there are homogeneous groups, with little or at all controverses, the performances are also weak.
Therefore, the superficial studying of the conflicts, the not-knowing or not-using the strategies accordingly,
are the main reasons of some weak individual or organizational performances.
This article presents certain theoretical aspects of the management of conflicts, that can represent a
useful guide for anyone willing to join the privacy of the conflict situations.
