la teza de licenţă cu tema:

„ANALIZA EVOLUȚIEI INDICATORILOR DE BAZĂ A BALANȚEI DE PLĂȚI A
REPUBLICII MOLDOVA”
Teza este consacrată studierii prevederile teoretice și starea practică a balanțelor de plăți și
comerciale ale Republicii Moldova, necesitatea şi rolul lor pentru luarea deciziilor macroeconomice
în cadrul unui stat, precum şi modalităţile de echilibrare a acestora şi importanţa echilibrului balanţei
de plăţi. La fel este analizată şi impactul deficitului balanţei de plăţi şi apoziţiei investiţionale
internaţionale asupra performanţelor economice ale Republicii Moldova.
Scopul tezei reprezintă analiza prevederile teoretice și starea practică a balanțelor de plăți și
comerciale ale Republicii Moldova. 
În Introducere se argumentează actualitatea temei de cercetare, sunt formulate obiectivele,
sarcinile, tema şi obiectul investigaţiilor, se dă o caracterizare succintă a lucrării, subliniindu-se
noutatea ştiinţifică şi valoarea ei practică.
În teză, au fost luate în consideraţie rezultatele obţinute de către Banca Naţională a Moldovei
în urma întocmirii rapoartelor de statistică internaţionale (Balanţa de Plăţi), precum şi problemele
întîlnite de aceasta în procesul de colectare a datelor precum şi în procesul adoptării unei sau altei
tehnici de echilibrare.
Ca suportul metodologic şi teoretico-ştiinţific al tezei îl constituie Norme Metodologice
Referitoare la Balanţa De Plăţi, Banca Naţională a Moldovei, precum şi „Manualului balanţei de
plăţi” ediţia a V-cea, publicat de Fondul Monetar Internaţional în 1993 şi „Manualului balanţei de
plăţi” (BPM 6) ediţia a VI-cea, publicat de Fondul Monetar Internaţional în 2009.
Valoarea lucrării constă în concluziile şi recomandările formulate, care pot servi pentru
următoarele cercetări la tema dată, pentru asigurarea dezvotării economico-sociale a statului prin
adoptarea politicilor de echilibrare a balanţei de plăţi.

to the bachelor's thesis with the topic:

"ANALYSIS OF THE EVOLUTION OF THE BASIC BALANCE SHEET INDICATORS OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA"

The thesis is devoted to studying the theoretical provisions and the practical state of the balances of
payments and trade of the Republic of Moldova, the need and their role for macroeconomic decisions
within a state, as well as the ways to balance them and the importance of balance of payments. The impact
of the balance of payments deficit and the investment of international investment on the economic
performance of the Republic of Moldova is also analyzed.

The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the theoretical provisions and the practical state of the balance of
payments and trade of the Republic of Moldova.

The Introduction argues the topicality of the research topic, formulates the objectives, tasks, theme and
object of investigations, gives a brief characterization of the paper, emphasizing the scientific novelty and its
practical value.

In the thesis, the results obtained by the National Bank of Moldova following the preparation of
international statistical reports (Balance of Payments), as well as the problems encountered by it in the
process of data collection and in the process of adopting one or another technique were taken into account.
