1. Poarta ochelarii cum ii porti în mod normal, atunci când citesti.

2. Priveste graficul de la distanță de un brat și acopera un ochi. Cu ochiul

neacoperit, te uiti la punctul alb din centrul grilei.

3. Pentru a vizualiza graficul la distanța corespunzătoare, mișcă-te încet

înspre monitor până când unul dintre cele două ovale roșii dispare.

4. Pe parcursul întregului test, ar trebui să ai un ochi acoperit, sa

privesti în centrul grilei și sa vezi doar un singur oval roșu.

5. Dacă ochiul tău funcționează corect, ar trebui să poată vedea punctul alb
din centru, cele patru colțuri și părțile laterale ale grilei. Liniile ar
trebui să fie drepte și continue de sus în jos și de o parte în alta.

6. Acum testați celălalt ochi.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wear the glasses you normally wear when reading.

2. View the chart at arms distance and cover one eye. With the
uncovered eye, stare at the white dot in the center of the grid.

3. To view the chart at the proper distance, slowly move in toward your
monitor until one of the two red ovals FIRST disappears.

4. During the entire test, you should have one eye covered, stare at the
center of the grid and only see one red oval.

5. If your eye is functioning properly, you should be able to see the

center white dot and the four corners and sides of the grid. The lines
should appear to be straight and continuous from top to bottom and
side to side.

6. Now test your other eye.
