Abstract: In general scientific research-workers reprezent a source of thought and creativ
practice development, of knowledge progress and of answer to a variety of problems in the social
enviroment.
Characterizing the pedagogic field we can support the afirmation that pedagogic science
development and education, are strongly attached to pedagogical research.
Pedagogic research is a strategy developed with the aim of descovering new relationship between
educational components and elaborating the best solutions to problems indicated by the educational
process, in accordance with the social demands.
The fnal objectiv of pedagogical research is improving the pedagogic practice, wich is related
to the progress in schools. This the reason why the pedagogicla investigation rejects upon
objectiv actions, existing outside ourselfes.

I. n general, cercettorii consider pedagogia o surs de dezvoltare a gndirii i
practicii creatoare, de progres n cunoatere i de soluionare a multor probleme ale
praxisului social. Particulariznd la domeniul Pedagogiei putem afirma fr a grei c
dezvoltarea tiinei pedagogice i, implicit, a nvmntului este legat de cercetarea
pedagogic.
Scopul unei astfel de cercetri const n urmtoarele:
a. organizarea optim i desfurarea eficient a activitilor instructiv educative;
b. optimizarea fenomenelor pedagogice;
