Sos de carne tocata Timp de preparare: cca 3/4 ora. Cca 340 kcal/portie.

Ingrediente 4 linguri ulei (de masline) 2 catei de usturoi taiati marunt 250 g carne tocata mixta 1 ceapa taiata in cuburi 1 morcov taiat in cuburi 1 ceapa (praz) taiata in rondele 1 lingura verdeturi taiate marunt 2 linguri pasta de tomate 1 cutie de conserva de rosii decojite (315 ml) sare piper macinat proaspat 1 praf de zahar 1 lingurita busuioc 1 lingurita oregano 1 lingurita amidon (faina) 1 lingura melisa taiata marunt Mod de preparare 1.Se incinge uleiul, se prajesc bine usturoiul si carnea tocata. Se adauga legumele si se prajesc impreuna cu usturoiul si cu carnea. Se toarna pasta de tomate si rosiile in compozitie. Se fierbe 15-20 de minute. 2.Se adauga condimentele, se amesteca amidonul (faina) cu putina apa si se adauga la sos.
