_Indicatii:ulcer_stomacal in stadii de remisie, cancer stomacal, stenoza a

_Contraindicatii:ulcer stomacal, gastrita acuta, hemoragie gastrica, arsuri ale mucoasei
stomacului, abdomen acut, peritonita, sarcina, insuficienta cardiovasculara

Colonoscopia __Excluderea
produselor alimentare ce provoaca fermentarea si putrezirea lor. In ajun pacientul nu ia cina,
se efectueaza 2 clisme evacuatorii. Inainte de somn se administreaza bolnavului calmante.
Dimineata, cu 2 ore inainte de examen, se face din nou o clisma evacuatorie . In ziua
examenului nu se ia dejunul. Cu 30 min inainte se efectueaza premedicatia. Bolnavul insotit
de asistentul medical se prezinta in cabinetul de colonoscopie. Se aseaza in decubit lateral pe
partea stanga cu piciorul drept adus spre abdomen flectat in genunchi. Se acopera cu un
cearsaf, medicul efectueaza colonoscopia,introducand colonoscopul lubrefiat cu ulei de ricin
prin miscari circulatorii.

Pregătirea şi asistarea bolnavului în timpul examenului ultrasonografic.
__Pregatirea bolnavului este minimala catre examinarile ecografice. Preventiv bolnavului i
se administreaza purgative, spasmolitice si calmante. Cu cel putin 12 ore inainte de examinare
bolnavul nu se alimenteaza. Pentru examinarea organelor bazinului mic, bolnavul va servi
500-700 ml de lichid cu 2-3 ore inainte de examinare, ceea ce asigura examinatorului o
vizibilitatea mai buna.
Concluzii:
In concluzie, pot afirma ca este
important de a cunoaste tema, intrucat
aceasta vizeaza informatii despre
pregatirea pacientului pentru examenele radiologice, endoscopice si ultrasonore,
este in responsabilitatea asistentilor medicali de a asista la pregatirea acestora.

b) Urocultura
__Inainte de colectare - efectuarea toaletei intime. Vas steril. Jetul mijlociu in
cantitate de 10 ml. Marginile vasului se flambeaza. Vasul se eticheteaza. Vasul cu
urina se transmite la laboratorul bacteriologic_
c) Determinarea glucozei
_Urina se colecteaza in decurs de 24h, se pastreaza
la rece. Urina din vasul de 3 l se agita pentru a evita
precipitarea glucozei. Se toarna 200 ml in vasul
pregatit. Etichetarea. Se indica cantitatea de urina
colectata.
e) Proba Niciporenco
_Inainte de colectarea urinei se efectueaza toaleta
intima. Urina se colecteaza in orice timp al zilei recomandabil dimineata. Vas
curat-uscat si cu capac. Se colecteaza jetul de mijloc. Vasul se eticheteaza.
d) Proba Zimniţchi
__Asistentul Medical pregateste seara in ajun 8 vase curate
si uscate. Vasele se eticheteaza. Bolnavul se trezeste la ora 6
dimineata , isi goleste vezica urinara, apoi urina se
colecteaza din 3 in 3 ore in recipiente aparte.
Concluzii:
In concluzie pot remarca ca tema are o
importanta deosebita in dezvoltarea noastra
profesionala. Aceasta include principalele
simptome si interventii ale asistentului medical
in functie de simptom, de asemenea tema ne
prezinta tehnica de colectare a urinei pentru:urograma, urocultura, determinarea
glucozei, Proba Niciporenco si Proba Zimnitchi.

excretor” prezinta tehnica efectuarii si rolul asistentului medical in pregatirea psihologica si medicamentoasa,
dar si alimentara inainte de examen, este in responsabilitatea asistentilor medicale de a cunoaste indicatiile si
contraindicatiile inainte de a actiona.

Concluzii:
__In concluzie, pot afirma ca tema este foarte importanta, aceasta vizeaza indicatiile si
contraindicatiile pentru examenul radiologic, endoscopic si ultrasonor al sistemului
excretor. Fiecare dintre aceste examene reprezinta reglui si aspecte generale in pregatirea
pacientului pentru obtinerea rezultatelor cat mai veridice. Este foarte important sa
cunoastem pregatirea psihologica si fizica pentru o mai buna functionalitate si rezultate
veridice in cadrul fiecarui pacient.
