Abstract:
When a crisis starts, few institutions have the necessary means to deal with it. Thus, these
organizations face big risks: regarding the existence of the organization, in the worst case, or image
deterioration, which, in most cases, is shorter in time.
How should this emergent reality be dealt with? What categories should be put into action so that to act
in uncertain situations? How should we create an area of mediation between the actors involved so that
they act together when the crisis brings into light conflicts of rationality?
