Evoluţia Rezumat

Studiul prezintă aspecte relevante privind evoluţia
auditului intern în perioada post criză economică.
Motivaţia care a determinat autorii să abordeze această
evoluţie a funcţiei de audit intern a fost actualitatea şi
audit intern în
importanţa acordată auditului intern în perioada post
criză economică. Astfel, la nivelul literaturii de
specialitate s-au analizat o serie de studii privind
contextul
evoluţia auditului intern şi rolul pe care îl are. În urma
delimitării conceptuale şi prezentării studiului privind
literatura de specialitate, autorii au întreprins un studiu
calitativ care a vizat perspectivele funcţiei de audit
transparenţei
intern. Ca urmare a acestei analize, rezultă că, deşi au
fost aduse o serie de modificări funcţiei de audit intern în
ultima perioadă, se vor mai schimba rolul şi importanţa
corporative
acestei funcţii în cadrul entităţilor.
