Modelarea Tamburului

Tamburul se executa din fonta cenusie simpla sau aliata(cu molibden,nichel


si crom)si uneori, din tabla de otel ambutisata sau combinate,compuse dintr-un disc
de otel matritat si obada din fonta(asamblate la turnarea obezii).
In cazul franelor cu tambur,fortele de frecare sunt produse prin impingerea
sabotilor de frana aflati in interior,prin forta camelor,spre suprafata interioara a
tamburilor de frana.
In aceasta aplicatie se reprezinta etapele obtinerii tamburului al carui desen
de executie este in fig.1.
În soft-ul CATIA, descrierea profilelor plane care stau la baza generării
elementelor tridimensionale se realizează în modulul Sketcher, prin parcurgerea
succesiunilor de comenzi
Start ⇒ Mechanical Design ⇒ Part Design ⇒ (Sketcher).
Se alege planul orizontal şi se intră în modul sketcher.Cu ajutorul
comenzilor de genarare a elementelor geometrice simple se trasează elementele din
figura alăturată.
Se părăseşte modulul sketcher.Se apelează comanda PAD pentru definirea
geometriei 3D a corpului.
Asupra corpului se mai executa doua operatii:una de tesire(chamfer 2*45*)a
muchiei gaurii centrale si una de racordare(EdgeFillet.1\Edge.3) a cilindrului.
Se apeleaza comanda Groove pentru definirea geometriei 3D a canalului
pentru butuc.

Faceţi click pe pictograma Circular Pattern  . Câmpul Parametrii vă


permite să alegeţi tipul de parametrii doriti, sa specificati astfel că cererea va putea
calcula locaţia articole copiate.
