UNITATILOR
HOTELIERE

n Romnia sunt autorizate s funcioneze urmtoarele

unitile turistice cu funciuni de cazare, clasificate pe
stele sau flori:
1. hoteluri de 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 stele;
2. hoteluri-apartament de 5, 4, 3, 2 stele;
3. moteluri de 3, 2, 1 stele;.
4. hosteluri de 3 , 2 si 1 stele
5. vile de 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 stele;
6. bungalowuri de 3, 2, 1 stele;
7. cabane turistice de 3, 2, 1 stele;
8. campinguri, sate de vacan, popasuri turistice,
csute tip camping, de 4,3, 2, 1 stele
9. pensiuni turistice si pensiuni agroturistice de 5, 4,
3, 2, 1 stele/flori;
10.apartamente sau camere de nchiriat de 3, 2, 1 stele;
11.structuri de primire cu funciuni de cazare pe nave
fluviale i maritime de 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 stele.

TIPURI DE CAMERE

n cadrul tipurilor sus-mentionate poate exista

urmatoarea structura a spatiilor de cazare:
camera cu pat individual - latimea paturilor
individuale este de minimum 90 cm;
camera cu pat matrimonial - patului matrimonial va
fi de minimum 140 cm;
camera cu pat dublu - latimea patului dublu este de
minimum 160 cm;
camera cu doua paturi individuale
camera cu trei paturi individuale;
camera cu patru paturi individuale;
camere comune - cu mai mult de patru paturi
individuale.
garsoniera, reprezentnd spatiul compus din:
dormitor pentru doua persoane, salon, vestibul si
grup sanitar propriu.
apartament, reprezentnd spatiul compus din unul
sau mai multe dormitoare (maximum 5 dormitoare),
sufragerie, vestibul, cu echipare sanitara proprie.

 SGL - Singlerooms are for single

travelers. In many hotels, a single room

is actually the same as a double room.
DBL - Doublerooms are for two
travelers sleeping in the same bed.
TWN - Twinrooms have two separate
single beds.
TRP - Triplerooms have either three
separate beds, or a double bed plus a
single bed.
QAD - Quadruplerooms are designed
for 4 people or more.
STS - Suitesare complete apartments
with multiple rooms, generally intended
for longer stays .

apartin de un lant international, ale caror camere sunt
individualizate. De cele mai multe ori cladirile au o istorie
speciala.

Exemple: Hotel Cherica Constanta, Hotel Capsa

Hoteluri Club hoteluri care ofera servicii special pentru turisti

cu un anumit hobby.

Exemple: Lac de verde Breaza si in general hotelurile cu teren de

golf sau tenis

Hoteluri Buget hoteluri care ofera cazare cu servicii limitate

sau fara servicii deloc. Se adreseaza turistilor care au un buget
limitat. Ofera servicii de alimentatie incluse in pret.
Exemple: Hampton Inn, Aloft, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn,
Four Points by Sheraton, and Days Inn.
