OPIONAL CA DISCIPLINA NOUA, CLASA I, LPS SZASZ ADALBERT, TRGU MURE 1 AN- 1 OR PE SPTMN ARGUMENT Deoarece am constatat c multi parinti doresc ca cei mici sa inceapa studiul limbii engleze cu o etapa inainte, pentru a se obisnui cu sunetele limbii engleze, am considerat s oferim acestor elevi posibilitatea s-i exerseze deprinderi necesare pentru a-i crea o baza de pornire. Pentru aceasta se vor utiliza, coninuturi pentru activiti cu un preponderent caracter comunicativ, practic-aplicativ, pe baza unor materiale autentice. Acestea vor crea pentru elevi oportuniti de a se obisnui cu limba englez. Astfel, cursul este conceput de aa natur nct s ofere elevilor oportuniti de a-i crea i consolida deprinderi i competene utile pentru studiul efectiv ce va urma. De asemenea, elevii vor avea posibilitatea s-i dezvolte n mod suplimentar o serie de valori i atitudini privind universul spiritual i cultural anglo-saxon.

At home, they cut out the pictures and the words and they stick them in their copybooks. The children colour the picture and make a postcard for Santa. They may use the writing too. (act as if they wrote it). Christmas songs Game: Simon says. Listen and match. Game: the teacher begins to draw one of the items in the lesson. The pupils try to guess what it is. Then, the pupil who guessed will draw.

The teacher has all the vegetables in her hand (the papers, of course) and asks the children to guess them one by one. The pupils may be rewarded. How many circles can you see? Colour the squares blue. The pupils repeat the words after the teacher. The teacher acts as if she is on one of the means of transport (plane: she looks down; train: she falls asleep, etc) and the pupils guess by what she is traveling. The pupils colour the flowers, repeat the names after the teacher and write the numbers. This lesson is quite difficult. If they learn: rose, tulip, carnation, snowdrop and daffodil, it is enough. Class activity means that the pupils work on their papers. Here, they have to rewrite the three sentences. Then, they have to draw an Easter basket and to colour

the other pictures. The words above the paper will be learnt and stuck on their copybooks (chicken, bunny, church, crucifix, resurrection). The pupils learn five adjectives. Am I tall? Yes. Are crocodiles small? No.

The pupils have to recognize the colours in the sentences read by the teacher aloud, and use them in the pictures. They must also write the numbers in front of the sentences. The two questions and answers will be practiced a lot in the classroom. e.g. Who wants to be the fish? Who wants to be the goose? Act the dialogue. The teacher asks the pupils what they say when they wake up/ come from school/ have dinner/ go to bed, etc. Then she may act: if the teacher waves her hand, the pupils have to say goodbye, if she yawns they say good evening, etc. The pupils learn how to say the time from

one oclock to six oclock. They also repeat the alphabet from A to F. e.g. what time is it at picture [bi]? The pupils revise the animals they already know and learn new ones. Activity: match animals with their names and numbers The pupils learn the fruits using flashcards and plastic fruits. The pupils identify body parts and learn them. matching activity and song The pupils match the pictures with the words and then write the sentences. Try to write the sentences on the blackboard; they will have to copy correctly. You may ask some of them to write on the blackboard. They really enjoy it. The pupils have to colour the correct word to build true sentences. The sentences may be funny if they dont choose the correct word. The pupils have to look in the house on the right side of the paper and to use that order for writing the numbers on the separate letter flashcards. In their

copybooks they will have to stick the letters in the correct order. This is like a jigsaw puzzle. The letters in the little house are actually a four-line song: the alphabet song. If they learn the song, they will learn the alphabet too, without even knowing. A good way to start the summer holiday

OPIONAL CA DISCIPLINA NOUA, CLASA a II a, LPS SZASZ ADALBERT , TRGU MURE 1 AN- 1 OR PE SPTMN ARGUMENT Am constatat c majoritatea parintilor doresc ca cei mici sa continue studiul limbii engleze, pentru a se obisnui cu sunetele acesteia. Astfel, am considerat s oferim acestor elevi posibilitatea s-i exerseze deprinderi necesare pentru a-i continua studiul inceput cu un an anterior. Am oferit acestor elevi aceasta posibilitate si datorita faptului ca parintii au fost foarte multumiti de acumularile si realele progrese realizate in clasa I. Pentru aceasta se vor utiliza, coninuturi pentru activiti cu un preponderent caracter comunicativ, practic-aplicativ, pe baza unor materiale autentice. Acestea vor crea pentru elevi oportuniti de a se obisnui cu sunetele limbii engleze, de a articula sunete, izolat si in grupuri de cuvinte, respectand accentul si intonatia specifice limbii engleze, de a produce si reproduce enunturi simple, adecvate unor situatii de comunicare uzuala. De asemenea, elevii vor avea posibilitatea s-i dezvolte n mod suplimentar o serie de valori i atitudini privind universul spiritual i cultural anglo-saxon. (sarbatoarea Halloween, cantecele de Craciun, poezii de ziua mamei,).
