“Adrian Alexandru (2002)- Lactate”

I chose this Article because it is representative of the dissertation work, because it is the
starting point of the research. Why dairy products? What benefits do they have on us? The
importance of milk and milk products is given by the high nutrient content, which ensures the
development and proper functioning of the human body. On the basis of this recital there is also
the motivation to carry out this work on milk and milk products. Today, most people are putting
dairy products into their diet, which encourages us to highlight their role during the work.
This scientific paper addresses the issue of cheese production, and the marketing of
cheese. Starting from the importance of milk and milk products in human nutrition, we come to
the presentation of the categories of dairy products and insist on the technological process of
cheese making.
The analysis carried out in the course of the work is intended to highlight the steps that a
production unit must follow, from the purchase, transport, storage and processing of the raw
material to the production of the finished product and its marketing. Specifically, in order to
highlight the technological process of cheese making, we analyzed the production activity within
Wromsal SRL, thus following each of the above mentioned stages, the costs generated by them,
but also the economic relationship of the company with its customers, i.e. its suppliers, on health.
So, through this work, we have brought to our readers the most important aspects of the
production and marketing of cheese, its importance in human nutrition, but also its economic
importance for the production society.

5. Briefly present the methodological approach that you use in your Dissertation thesis
– is it qualitative or quantitative; what data analysis methods are suitable for your research; do
you need any data analysis software? (1p)
The research methodology is based on the qualitative aspect, since the purpose of this
work is the analysis carried out in the work, which aims to highlight the steps that a production
unit must follow, from the purchase to the production of the final product and its marketing.
 As a working methodology, I insisted, for the theoretical part, on the study of the
literature (books, articles, sites) and for the practical part, I contacted the company WROMSAL,
which provided me with all the necessary documents and information.

In the work of dissertation I used THE HARVARD style in which the reference to the
author from which the text is taken is made in the phrase of the scientific material that is being
produced, giving his (their) name and the year of the publication's apathy. Some of the public are
asking for the page to be mentioned in the original Article.
All the materials I have used appear under the heading bibliographical references and all
the data used are true and authentic.
